Recolor - Coloring Book App Reviews

I’m not spending 20 bucks a month for colouring books.

I just found this app yesterday. Im addicted to it!

I love this app so much. It reduces anxiety and stress and gives me an outlet. But it’s a $20 one time fee at best. A subscription to get pics and metallic colors is nowhere near worth it when multiple other apps offer for free. Subscriptions are great for an actual tangible item. Not this. Sorry but the price is so ridiculous it’s quite laughable!!

Well, Recolor is a great game, but there are a few problems. In order to get like EVERYTHING, you need to pay like $30 for one year! In Recolor, I found a technique on how to get better colors. You use the colors you have that aren’t colors: the gradients. Then you place it anywhere you want. You take a crayon(any crayon!) and hold. You should get the color. You can also press “redo” to get rid of the gradient you had put down earlier. If you actually looked at it, you would find out that the colors I am using is using a faster way to get colors but turning them into crayons, but they are not the extra crayon colors that you have to pay money for. I get that this is how the game makes money, but I dont like how it blocks off too many things also including posting, importing, pictures, and the extra gradients, crayons, and live colors. Other than that, there is one more problem, but at least Recolor CONFESSED to it: The New Update. It brought extra lag. ALOT of extra lag. I had to stop playing Recolor for a while because of this, so everyone was like “?TheFlyingPIG?, why aren’t you posting?” It also confused me when imports moved to gallery. I was used to it being in the top right corner in home! Anyways, Recolor is a great game because it is stress-relieving, so I think that you’ll love it!

Without any instruction, I was coloring, shading and adding texture like a pro. I took one point away for there being so many sexy women pictures. A more balanced mix of subjects would be appreciated.

Every time I open the app the new pictures keep saying network connection lost and I can’t get the pictures at all! Then you want money for the pictures you can’t even get if I could give zero stars I would

I used to love this app. Used to be so fun to find cute pictures to color in the free moments of my day but it’s been ruined. Now not even the “free” pictures are free. Very disappointed.

Its a fun game

I do for the most part love this app. It’s easy to use. My one complaint is the pictures are too often very similar and don’t change often. The colors haven’t upgraded since I started using this app. I need glitter. More colors more variety. Please!!!

I really like this app it is always something fun for me to do when I’m board but when I exit of of a drawing I’ve been working on it won’t let me go back onto it or it won’t let me see the thing I have previously colored

This app is amazing love it!

I refuse to pay a weekly subscription and have the daily hassle of NONE OF MY PICTURES LOADING. its funny how the weekly subscription has never failed to take my money or when I have insufficient funds it promptly stops working, but now that I faithfully pay my dues the systems not even working. So what am I paying for. You need to fix before I take legal action.

This app is amazing!

Every time I try to watch an ad to earn tokens, I get a pop up saying that there are no ads at the time and to come check again soon. I was only successful in watching the ads twice. Dont get me wrong, I love this app, but I hate this error message that keeps popping up, even if I leave the app alone for a day. Recolor, please fix this problem. I am connected to a network, this shouldnt be happening.

It makes you pay for more than half of the pictures and the free ones you need to watch videos to unlock them

I love this app but I cant even use it anymore All it does is crash the second I try to colour something And then I have to restart whatever I was able to colour in the short amount of time I had And I cant even use the "no wifi trick" because I cant colour things I havent started without wifi I think its stupid that an app thats really good and well made can become an app that does nothing but crash Sorry if I sound harsh, Im in a bad mood after all that time I wasted trying to colour a single picture Ill change my review to full stars if this is fixed

Fine program 1 star because it isn’t easy to cancel subscription. I mean what product spends 50% of its description telling you you can’t stop paying them?

I’m not sure if this came with the most recent update, but now when I try to tap on to colour one of the new pictures, I have to watch a video first to be able to “unlock” it. Why is that? You guys already charge ridiculous prices for full access to your app, using the free daily new pictures is the only way I, and many others who can’t afford a full membership, can keep using your app. I know it’s just a video, but does this mean there’s going to be a limit to how many videos you can watch to unlock new pictures? If so, that’s incredibly dumb. I’m hoping you guys keep the free daily photos FREE and open to all users

It keeps saying no connection when clearly I’m connected to the WiFi! Just so annoying can’t even use it anymore!!!
