Nothing is free!!!

I saw all these good reviews and decided to try out Recolor, when I went on there were all these different selections and then I saw "free"? I was sad ? dont buy this app if you dont want to spend money(me) and find another coloring app.
Pros:there are some nice pictures,color pallets and stuff?
