Disappointed

When I first came across this app I really liked it. So much that I paid for a one year subscription before my trial period ended. Within hours the app started having issues. If I knew then what I know now I would have never paid for the subscription. Once or twice a week all of the the app’s features are inaccessible. Currently, there are two error messages “The request timed out” and “Internal server error.” Ridiculous. Paying customers should not have to experience hours of not being able to access all features. I may request a refund.
