Misguided!

I recently purchased this app for what I thought was a one time purchase. My cc kept getting hit each week. After contacting the app provider I find out that not only was the weekly, monthly, or yearly subscription hidden very well in fine print, but that they cannot reimburse me for an app that I deleted 3 days after the purchase.
