Glitchy!

There are certain photos that make the app crash every time I try to colour them. It doesnt matter if I make a copy, the copy does the exact same thing. One of my favourite photos does this which is really disappointing. Im not sure what causes it but Ive tried a lot of things including restarting my iPod and reinstalling the app and nothing changes. I would much appreciate it if there was someone who could fix this for me. I cant contact app support because I dont have Twitter or Facebook.
