Glitchy! Please help!!

There are certain photos that make the app crash every time I try to colour them. It doesnt matter if I make a copy, because the copy does the exact same thing. I dont know what causes it, but without warning the app will crash while Im colouring and Ill never be able to colour that photo again. Its always the photos Ive put the most work into, and therefore my favourites. Im not sure what causes it but Ive tried a lot of things including restarting my iPod, using a different wifi, and reinstalling the app, and nothing changes. Ive even tried taking a screenshot of a blank version of the photo and importing it, but the import feature is so bad on my iPod its unusable.
I would much appreciate it if there was someone who could fix this for me. I cant contact app support because I dont have Twitter or Facebook.
