Love hate relationship.

So we love the app but as we updated our iPad we lost all the work we had done internally saved on the app, I mean all. We also noticed that there is a difference between the monthly and yearly cost under subscriptions (14.99/79.90) versus what’s on the App Store for Apple (9.99/59.99) in the description. We had signed up for the monthly but didn’t catch that they were charging us weekly. I could have bought the yearly for what I have paid so far.

We have also reached out to the developers with other questions with no response. Like I said love hate relationship.
