I need help!!!

Im about to ask a question and if anyone can answer that I would greatly appreciate it. So, I love this app. It used to save my pics but for the past few weeks, I have been coloring pictures and pushing save when I got done but my pictures wouldnt save to my gallery. And all of my published pics got deleted. I havent done anything to get my account blocked or anything. I havent commented or anything or talk to anyone else on that game. I havent colored anything inappropriate. And still, my accounts not working. Nothing is saving. And its making me really mad and upset because I love this app. I want to know why my account is doing this. Does anyone know what/ why this is happening? If anyone can help me out or answer my question that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time!

P.S - If I were you, I would but this app. The only reason i didnt rate it 5 starts was because it wasnt saving my stuff. Once I find out why everything on my account gets deleted, Ill change my review to 5 stars! This is an amazing app. I just wish it would save my stuff instead of it being completely deleted.
